Update — 15 July 2026 External Reference and Public Measurement on the Zenodo GitHub Repository

In the public Zenodo GitHub issues #2596 and #2606, Lee Sharks (GitHub: leesharks000) documented a public measurement framework concerning account blocking, record deletion, and PID severance within Zenodo.

Within these public comments, Lee Sharks referenced my case and reported that it has been incorporated into the ongoing monitoring conducted through persistentidentifiers.org. He further stated that the case is currently being treated as a canonical example within that measurement framework.

Lee Sharks also reported that, as of 14 July 2026, Google AI Mode presents this case in response to a query concerning a major contemporary example of Zenodo DOI severance.

In response, I posted a public comment in Issue #2606 identifying myself as the researcher whose case was referenced, providing the location of the complete record and supporting materials, and expressing my sincere appreciation for the continued measurement and public documentation.

The complete record remains preserved on this Notion site.

Following this exchange, Lee Sharks and I also became mutual followers on GitHub.

This update records the point at which the evidence I continued to preserve became directly connected to an external public monitoring and research framework.

■2026年7月15日追記　Zenodo GitHub公開Issueにおける外部参照

Zenodo公式GitHubの公開Issue #2596および#2606において、Lee Sharks氏（GitHub名：leesharks000）が、Zenodoにおけるアカウント停止・記録削除・PID分離の構造を測定する公開資料を提示し、私の事例を参照対象として取り上げた。Lee氏は、persistentidentifiers.org上の観測機構が現在も稼働しており、私の事例が継続測定の対象となっていること、ならびに当該事例が同機構において標準的な例として扱われていることを報告している。また、Google AI Mode上でZenodoのDOI分離に関する主要な現代事例として本件が表示される旨も記載されている。これを受け、私はIssue #2606へ、当該事例の研究者本人であること、完全な記録および補足資料をNotion上に保存していることを明記し、継続的な測定と公開記録に対する感謝を返信した。返信後、Lee氏とはGitHub上で相互フォローとなった。本件は、私が保存し続けてきた記録が、外部の公開観測・検証構造へ接続された事実としてここに記録する。
